Management Fee
The Trustees of MMFA have imposed a cap of 70 basis points (0.7%) on the Management Fee. The current fee is set at 66 basis points (0.66%).

While a portion of the fee pays for TIAA-CREF services, part of the fee supports the operation of MMFA and our work with individuals who make planned gifts. Since 1997, MMFA, through our GiftLegacy ministry, has aided Moravians in creating and planning over $18,000,000 in planned gifts for local congregations and agencies.
