I grew up Moravian, graduated from Salem College, and worked for Old Salem for a number of years, so coming to work for the Moravian Ministries Foundation feels like coming home to me. I’m very happy to have the opportunity to be a part of an organization that helps congregations and individuals realize their dreams.
Lee Morgan joined the staff of MMFA in 2008 as Office Manager. She received a Bachelor of Music from Salem College and a Master of Music from the University of Texas at Austin.
Lee brings to MMFA a wide range of work experiences. For many years, she was the Operations Manager for The Little Theatre of Winston-Salem. When she left the Theatre, she began a career in Information Technology. She has worked as a Help Desk Analyst, a Software Trainer, a Database Administrator, and a one-person IT staff, handling all aspects of IT operations for the North Carolina Eye Bank.
In addition to her work at MMFA, she also teaches for Morgan Vocal Studio and is an Adjunct Instructor of Voice at Wake Forest University. Performing regularly, she has appeared as a guest vocalist for organizations such as Carolina Baroque, Piedmont Chamber Singers, and the Piedmont Choral Society. She is also a section leader in the Adult Choir at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
Lee is married to Terrence Collins, who works for Salem College. They live in Winston-Salem with their five cats.
