Join MMFA’s Laura Watson and a different Moravian pastor at 11:00 a.m. EST on the fourth Tuesday of each month to explore what scripture tells us about both our identity and how we live as God’s stewards. Through a mixture of Lectio Divina and conversation, we’ll learn together and hopefully spark new ways of living generously together in Christ.
February
On February 23rd, Rev. Leslie Cox (Mayodan Moravian, Mayodan, NC) will join us to focus on 1 Peter 4:7-11.
March
On March 23rd, the Rev. Kurt Liebenow (Watertown Moravian, Watertown, WI) has selected 1 Timothy 6:17-19 for our conversation.
April
On April 27, we’ll dive into Mark 12:41-44 (the widow’s mite); Rev. Betsy Miller (President, Provincial Elders’ Conference, Northern Province) will co-lead the session.
May
On May 25, we’ll be joined by Rev. Katie Van Der Linden (Ebenezer Moravian, Ebenezer, WI). Stay tuned for her scripture selection.
